No public Space has been created or updated by this preparation.

## Completed

- Standalone numerical workers extracted; no import from the private production
  source tree, commercial engine or full QA framework.
- Clean checkout of the requested upstream revision tested with the two explicit
  compatibility patches. Four-step diffusion retains the validated RoPE cast.
- Complete run from original FP32 T5 files and the official LTX checkpoint:
  fresh BF16/Q8 conversion, text/image conditioning, diffusion, decode and MP4.
- Runtime dependency versions match the pinned requirements. Dependency metadata,
  license sources and separate model terms documented before choosing Apache-2.0.
- All eight required weight-file hashes match the official model repository:
  LFS SHA-256 for large files, Git blob identities for the two small JSON files.
  The final runner's input-hash guard was added after inference and checked
  against the successful run's recorded hashes; numerical workers were unchanged.
- Media: 49 frames, 384×224, 24 fps, H.264/yuv420p, 2.041667 s, silent,
  complete decode without errors. Exact artifact hashes are in the benchmark.
- Source parsing, bounded tensor extraction and truncated-file rejection pass.
- Local static page loaded in the browser; narrow viewport inspected.
  Local asset/document links checked. No hosted inference controls.
- Candidate files scanned for user-path and token patterns, unexpected binaries,
  weights and symlinks. Public logs contain sanitized paths.

## Verification limits

The tested dedicated interpreter already had the pinned packages installed.
A fresh network installation and a complete second download of large model files
were not performed. Official metadata and local hashes were compared instead.
One full inference run is evidence of this tested configuration, not every
Apple Silicon/macOS combination. The simple example has minimal visible motion.
Full cinematic or semantic QA is not claimed.

The original project example is omitted because its input-media license chain
was not established for redistribution. An original procedural fixture and its
actual generated clip replace it.

## Exact approval boundary

Review `MANIFEST.sha256` for the complete candidate inventory. It covers every
candidate file except itself. Run `python3 -B verify_package.py` before installing
dependencies into this directory; generated files will intentionally make the
exact-inventory check fail.

Only this directory is a publication candidate. Never upload the parent project,
runtime work directories, source checkout, downloaded weights or environment.
Destination proposed by the owner:
`neuralzero3d/neural-zero-local-i2v`, **Space**, **static**, no paid hardware.
The Space URL and its page must be verified after authorized publication.

The next video remains a separate later step. Do not claim that the Space is
already live, and do not publish the video before reviewing its final MP4.
